I think I suffer from SAD...seasonal affect depression. I'm loving the weather so far. I get up most days and go for a walk it really does help with the fatigue, mental health issues and overall mood. How are you guys.

Mental Health and MS

Hi all, anyone got any good recommendations for mental health help other than Talking therapies with the NHS? I’ve had some anxiety and stress related mood swings lately that I want to sort out

Mental health

How do you deal with the trauma that comes with the life changing condition . I’ve been feeling mentally drained and wondered if anyone else feels this. Something simple as watching tv and seeing people able to walk “normally” or wanting to try something new like a sport but lacking confidence😣

My neurologist is very very pushy and a bit judgemental but she is the only MS Dr. In a 3 state radius to me, any advice on how to handle explaining what I do and don't want? I have tried many medications that have not agreed with me and I just want her to understand how hard that is not only on my body but my mental health. It feels like unless I am taking medications she doesn't really want to treat me.

Mental health is bad

My 18 year old Labrador died yesterday. I watched her whilst she passed away. She was my go to from diagnosis to now. My MH is so bad...I will miss her so much
